We’re committed to delivering your SIM cards and digital products quickly and securely. Our delivery process is designed to ensure accuracy, transparency, and peace of mind for all customers and agents.

 

1. Delivery Timeframes

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

  • Standard delivery is completed within 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Delivery times may vary based on location, courier availability, or unforeseen delays.

  • You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

 

2. Delivery Areas

We deliver nationwide through trusted courier partners. Remote or high‑risk areas may require additional delivery time.

 

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed once:

  • Payment has been received (for prepaid customers), or

  • The order has been approved (for registered agents and dealers)

Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

4. Stock Verification on Delivery

To maintain accuracy and prevent discrepancies:

  • Agents and dealers are required to check and verify all stock upon delivery.

  • Verification must be completed before signing for or accepting the delivery.

  • This includes checking:

    • Quantity of SIM cards or products

    • Correct product types

    • Packaging integrity

    • Any visible damage or tampering

Once the delivery is accepted and signed for, the order is considered complete and correct.

 

5. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If you notice any issues before acceptance:

  • Notify the courier immediately

  • Reject the delivery

  • Contact our support team with your order number and details

If a courier error or packing mistake is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

 

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver:

  • A second attempt will be scheduled

  • Additional delivery fees may apply for repeated failed attempts

  • Orders not collected or accepted within a reasonable timeframe may be returned to us

 

7. Risk & Ownership

Ownership of goods transfers to the customer or agent once the delivery is accepted and signed for. We are not responsible for:

  • Loss or damage after acceptance

  • Stock discrepancies reported after the delivery has been signed off

 

8. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees may vary based on:

  • Location

  • Order size

  • Courier rates

Any applicable fees will be displayed at checkout or communicated during the order process.
